Group Life Insurance Rates Effective January 1, 2012

The cost of Group Universal Life (GUL) or Group Optional Term Life (GOTL) for active and retired faculty and staff and Group Term Life insurance for your spouse is based on the insured person’s age and whether or not he/she smokes. The cost for coverage will change when the insured moves into a higher age bracket. The increase will be effective on the first of the month following the month of his or her birthday. GUL and GOTL rates for active and retired faculty and staff
